Entity Screening History

Selecting the 'View Screening History' from an entity dashboard shall direct the user to a separate browser tab which would display the history pertaining to the screening of an entity, providing a list of changes that would have been occurred due to updates to the entity profile from a screening perspective. 

This feature shall come in handy to identify when screening had been initiated and how screening had changed since the start of the relationship.

Selecting the 'Print' button shall invoke the browser to print the page to PDF which can eventually be used to print a hard bound copy.
