Throughout the KYCMATIC solution, every grid / data table which have the flexibility of filters (with an exception of the Audit grid / data list) shall enable users to create filters as well as save that filter by giving them a name. Furthermore, the user may opt to make the filter a public filter - therefore able to be viewed by other users (accessing the same integration), or as a private filter which would imply that the filter is only shown to the user who had created the filter.
In the figure above, we have an example filter being applied on the Customer Data List whereby we are filtering by:
A 'High Risk Jurisdiction' label
Having the customer created between 03/01/2022 and 15/06/2022
Ensuring the customer is linked / associated with an activity
Ensuring the customers being listed are all active
Once the filter is applied, to save the filter, the user must select the 'Save Filter' button shown on top of the filters.
Selecting the 'Save Filter' button shall expose a window just as above to the user asking the user to name the filter as well as mark whether this filter is to be shared or not (therefore, whether it should be marked as a private or a public filter). Once saved, the saved filter would show within the dropdown under the saved filters within the customer module (as per above example) and will also show within the 'Saved Filters' module as shown below.
The figure above depicts an image of the Saved Filters module. Here, the user is able to select the available integration / environment they have access to as well as the 'Source Table' they wish to view - in this case showing the filter saved above within the 'Customers' Module.
Selecting the 'bin' icon shall delete the filter whilst selecting the 'Eye' icon shall direct you to the Customer's module with the filter being applied.
