The 'Incidents Template Configuration' area shall enable the MLRO to configure any 'Risk Reasons' and 'Risk Comments' which are to be standardised across the Compliance Team who would be addressing the Incidents being raised.
These templates would be configured for scenario that are of a 'Risk' nature as well as 'No Risk' nature.
Typically, only MLRO's would have access to this back office module since the 'Risk Reasons' and 'Risk Comments' would be configured based on the internal business process, and rational of the compliance team which would be owned by the MLRO.
As the MLRO user would access the back office module, the configuration list would be empty. Selecting the 'Add Template' button shall therefore present the configuration screen to the user to add the first 'Incident Risk Configuration'
At this point, the MLRO user is to state whether the template to be created is for either a 'No Risk Action' Scenario or a ' Risk Action' Scenario. Secondly, the template may either be created as a 'Risk Reason', a 'Risk Comment', or both. These configurations would depict when and where the template would be available to be used for the compliance team action the incidents.
Finally, the text field is the area used for the MLRO to configure the template which is to be created and would therefore expose itself in the drop downs within the Incident Screen for it to be as a selection under the Risk Reason, Risk Comment, or both.
