The Customers & Involvements page presents a filterable table of client records with key attributes for compliance and relationship management. Columns include Client Ref No, Type, Full Name, Labels (colored tags indicating classifications such as VIP, PEP, Non‑EU jurisdiction, sanctions‑related, and entity type), Relationship Status (e.g., Active or Suspended), Nationality(ies) with flag indicators, and Incorporation jurisdiction. Use the header filters to narrow results by label, status, nationality, or incorporation location. Click a row to open the client profile and view detailed involvement data, related entities, and actions. Labels provide at‑a‑glance risk and segment context; employ them to prioritise reviews and ensure appropriate workflows are applied to sensitive categories.
Archving a customer by selecting the context menu (three dots) may also be achieved in the scenario that the client is not active anymore, and the relationship would have ended. A user who would have access to such functionality would be required to enter their passowrd prior achieving the result.
