The Group Management module is maintained by the KYCMATIC Product Team at Diligex. Yet, it is worth to note and understand that the KYCMATIC solution has the ability to have any number of groups and hierarchies that the Subject Person may require.
By default, the out of the box configuration for any integration/environment would have the following groups (starting from the lowest to the highest level of privaleges):
Onboarding - Typically used by users who may simply create an entity and enter certain demographic information
Reviewer - Typically used by users who would fulfil the customer details and associate services with the entity (there may be instances whereby the Onboarding and Review user would be the same person, therefore having this features and permissions merged into one group_
MLRO - The MLRO would have the ability to review everything throughout the KYCMATIC solution for their environment, as well as review entities and files that may need their attention due to being of a higher risk nature compared to other lower risk nature files.
There may be an option to have an 'Administrator' group which may be assigned to a dedicated system administrator role within the subject person with the sole purpose of managing users.
A list of available modules/pages as well as available features & functions may be found below which shall better equip you to understand what may be managed per group.
For more information on how groups may be setup, please contact Diligex on kycmaticsupport@diligex.eu for groups and permissions to be created & configured.
The following are 'Generic' and mostly used modules which may be given access or revocation of access to a User Group in KYCMATIC. Please note that some modules would only be available provided that the Subject Person is making use of them.
