Configuration & Setup

The KYCMATIC solution requires an initial setup to be performed prior using the solution in a live environment. The subject person must aid Diligex to better understand the structure pertaining to the subject person throughout the training and delivery phases. 

KYCMATIC enables users to log into an environment whereby multiple services may be provided, such as providing a service as a CSP, an Auditor or even as a Financial Institution. Through the User Profile, the user may alter the environment they wish to access yet having one set of credentials. The individual environments in KYCMATIC are referred to an 'Integration'. Multiple integrations may be made available (which consist of the same or multiple service types) and are consolidated under a main company, referred to as the 'Service Provider'. 

Therefore, a Service Provider would have at least one integration (of any service type) or more. Furthermore, every integration is able to have its own:

Group Hierarchal Strucutre - Managing User Groups and their Permissions

User Management - Organising which user may be associated to which group

Sub-Weighting Inherent Risk Methodology - Setting up the Risk Methodology to be in line with your Policies & Procedures

Risk Score (Legacy)

Label Management - Having the ability to create and maintian Labels which may be associated with entities
