Every user in KYCMATIC must be associated with at least one group per environment/integration, which would depict what Pages and Features would be made available to them. Unlike the Group Management module, the User Management Module may be maintained by the subject Person - typically by the MLRO (or any other designated member of staff depending on the internal process adopted by the Subject Person).
This section shall outline and guide (provided that you have the necessary permissions to do so) how you are able to create or update a user in KYCMATIC.
Select the Menu from the top left and select the 'Users' Menu item.
Provided that you only have one environment/integration, you may skip this step. Otherwise, if you have more than one, you would first need to select the integration you wish to add or update a user to.
As you load the module, and/or select the appropriate environment/integration, you would be able to view all the users who have the permissions to at least access the selected environment/integration - as explained in Step 2.
From here, you are able to either alter user account details by selecting the 'Edit' / 'Pencil' icon to the right of every user or even delete the user by selecting the 'Delete' / 'Bin' icon also found to the right of every user. It is important to note that if a user is deleted, all their audit would still be saved and accessible - therefore their work and past audit would not be effected.
Furthermore, you may also create a user by selecting the 'Add User' button found in the top right of the page - to the right of the environment / integration drop down.
Selecting the 'Add User' button shall direct you to the User Profile Page whereby you would be able to create a user. Typically, the username and email would be the same (therefore entering the email of the user for both the username and email fields).
One important element to the user profile (again provided that you have more than one environment/integration) is to properly configure what environment/integration this user has access to, as well as providing what type of role per environment / integration the user should have.
