KYCMATIC has an in-built label management module whereby labels would be able to be associated with entities. The label management module ships out with out of the box labels which are used by the KYCMATIC solution itself, such as the PEP, Sanction, Adverse Media, High Risk Industry labels, amongst many others. Yet, in addition to this, you as subject person may be able to create more labels as you please which may be used by yourself depending on your internal business processes.
Select the Menu from the top left and select the 'Labels' Menu item.
Provided that you only have one environment/integration, you may skip this step. Otherwise, if you have more than one, you would first need to select the integration you wish to add or update a user to.
As you enter this module or alter the environment/integration drop down, a list of labels shall appear. Here you would be able to view the system labels (which may be altered or even deactivated) as well as review other labels which you would have created, if any.
Selecting the 'Add Label' from the screen shown in Step 3 shall direct you to a screen as shown to the left. Here, you may name, provide a code, describe the label as well as alter the colour scheme of the label.
Once created, the label may then be used and associated with entities. Please note that switching off the 'Active' checkbox shall deactivate the label which would therefore disallow its use.
