Notifications Module

The notifications module acts as an area whereby all users who require notifications on certain actions performed by KYCMATIC are notified / alerted. These actions are controlled from the user profile by selecting your initials on the top right of KYCMATIC, select Profile and head over to the settings tab (as explained in the 'User Profile Details' sections of this user manual. 

Accessing the Notifications Module may either be done through the Menu or by selecting the 'View all' under the Notifications icon on the top right of KYCMATIC (after clicking on the 'Bell' icon. 

Entering the 'Notifications' module shall direct you to a screen similar to the above figure whereby all notifications the user would have activated from the user profile would be shown as a notification / alert as they need arises. 

Just like other screens, the user may filter what notifications are seen on screen and may also be printed or exported to CSV using the icons on the top right. Furthermore, searching for a particular notification may also be performed when using the search box to the left of the icons on the top right.
