Select the avatar icon (usually containing your initials) on the top right of the screen as shown in the image on the left shall expose a mini-window.
From here, you are able to enter your Profile (explained further below), change your password (click here to review the steps to change your password) and finally, log out, which when clicked shall log you out of KYCMATIC and direct you back to the login page.
As you enter your user profile, you may be able to alter your name, surname as well as provide a telephone and mobile number. Your email may also be changed although it is recommended to leave your email the same as your username (provided that the username is also your work related email address).
Inevitably, the username is the only field (for auditting purposes) that cannot be changed.
Selecting the 'Settings' tab shall direct you to a screen as shown to the left whereby you are able to:
Change the KYCMATIC environment/integration you wish to access (also altering your preferred default environment) - therefore being able to cycle through the different subject person types (provided you as a logged in user have access to more than one environment/integration).
Change the notification and email settings by selecting or unselecting the checkboxes pertaining to the desired action.
It is important to click the 'Save' button on the bottom right provided that changes have been made to the user profile
