Select the avatar icon (usually containig your initials) on the top right of the screen as shown in the image on the left shall expose a mini-window. 

From here, you are able to enter your Profile (click here to review the steps to change your password) , change your password (explained further below) and finally, log out, which when clicked shall log you out of KYCMATIC and direct you back to the login page.

Selecting the 'Change Password' button from the above image in Step 1 or from the user profile page (bottom left) shall direct you to the 'Change Password' screen as shown in the image to the left.

Here, KYCMATIC is expecting you to first:

• Enter your old/current password

• Enter your new/desired password

• Re-Enter the new/desired password to confirm

Select the 'Forgot password?' button to the left of the 'Login' button 

Selecting the 'Forgot password?' button from step 2.1. shall direct you to the Forgot Password screen as seen to the left.

Entering your email address here shall get KYCMATIC to send you an email with instructions to follow which would provide you with the ability to change your password. 

Following the instructions from the email and selecting the link that KYCMATIC would have provided you would send you to a screen as shown in step 1.2. above. 

Please note that if you did not receive the email, please check your 'junk' folder.  Otherwise, there is a high probability that the email you provided KYCMATIC is not the email address which is associated with your account.
