The Notifications Module in KYCMATIC Plus provides users with a centralized, real-time feed of system-generated updates, alerts, and workflow actions. This module ensures that teams remain informed, prevents duplicate work, and supports efficient task management within compliance and operational workflows.
The Notifications dashboard displays all alerts in a structured table format with key columns that allow users to quickly understand what requires attention.
The Notifications displayed are always linked to the specific Tenant the user is currently logged into, ensuring that users only see notifications relevant to that environment and preventing any crosstenant confusion.
Clicking on a notification row marks it as “read” — however, this status is user-specific and only affects the current user.
Read Status – Black/green envelope icons indicate unread/read notifications.
Type – Indicates the notification category (e.g., Screening Update, Onboarding, Form Submission).
Subject – Summary of what the notification refers to.
From – The system module or service that generated the notification.
Assigned To – Notifications can be assigned to individual users.
Complete? – Shows whether the notification has been marked as completed.
Actioned By – Displays who completed a notification, visible to all users to prevent duplicated work.
Received Date – Date and time the notification was generated.
A filter bar allows users to narrow down notifications by keyword, type, date, completion status, or assignment. This ensures efficient navigation even when large volumes of screening alerts or system updates accumulate.
Users can select one or multiple notifications and apply bulk actions from the top-right menu:

Mark as Unread
Delete
Each notification provides a contextual actions menu, allowing users to:
View Profile – Opens the related customer or entity profile.
Assign To – Assigns the notification to a specific user.
Delete – Removes the notification from the user’s list.
Completed Notifications can be marked as “Complete”. When completed, the notification displays the name of the user who actioned it. This update is visible to all users, helping avoid duplicate work and ensuring clear accountability.
The system uses colour and icon indicators to provide immediate clarity:
Black envelope – Unread notification
Green envelope – Read notification
Checkmark – Completed notification
User icon – Not Assigned to a user
Selecting a notification expands additional details such as screening summaries, onboarding progress updates, third-party provider results (e.g., Comply Advantage), or form submission details.
The Notifications module integrates seamlessly with KYCMATIC Plus workflows. Assignments, completions, and system updates reflect across user workspaces, improving collaboration and operational visibility.
